Characteristics
The Striped Marlin has a longer lower jaw compared to other marlins and has 12-16 blue vertical bars along the body.
Striped Marlin is purple-blue in color on the top and silver/white on the sides. 
These fish are carnivorous and have a diet that comprises squid, pilchards, trevally, and flutemouths.

Size
Striped Marlin can reach a length of 4.2 , and can weigh up to 200kg
