The Stella SW is the peak of Shimano reel technological innovation in terms of fish-fighting prowess. This series includes a number of enhancements for better strength and durability. For quick and forceful winding, Infinity Drive has been added, and the updated Heatsink Drag offers superior drag performance in extremely hot environments. With the help of X-Protect and X-Shield and the aluminium Hagane Body serving as a robust and extremely durable outer shell, a water resistance rating of IPX8 is attained. The HG versions are made for both casting and jigging, whereas the PG and XG are intended for specific jigging uses.
