Zerek Flat Shad X Soft Plastic CLEARANCE

Flat Shad X Soft Plastic Lure – Jighead Rigged

Revolution rarely happens twice in the same lure, but the Flat Shad X takes the legendary Flat Shad design to another level. Engineered for maximum action, improved hook-up potential and exceptional versatility, this innovative soft plastic is built to tempt predators even when they're reluctant to bite.

At the heart of the Flat Shad X is its patented belly slit design, allowing the soft plastic body to compress easily from any direction and expose the hook for more reliable hook-ups. Combined with an innovative segmented, Kevlar-webbed boot tail, the Flat Shad X produces an enticing rolling body action and an undulating tail movement that remains effective at extremely slow retrieve speeds.

Designed for Australian anglers targeting big predators, the Flat Shad X is ideal for working around reefs, drop-offs, weed beds and other productive fishing structures. Its versatile rigging system across the different sizes allows anglers to adapt their presentation to suit changing conditions and target species.

Innovative Tail Design

The segmented, Kevlar-webbed boot tail creates impressive movement with minimal retrieve speed. The combination of body roll and tail vibration produces a lifelike swimming action designed to trigger aggressive strikes from predatory fish.

Advanced Hooking and Rigging System

The Flat Shad X features different hook configurations depending on the size, giving anglers flexibility to suit their fishing environment.

• 90mm and 130mm models: Feature an internal jighead and a stinger hook attachment concealed within the collapsible belly area.

• 130mm model: Also includes an additional stinger attachment point above the eye of the lure.

• 145mm and 170mm models: Feature an exposed jighead hook positioned on top of the lure, plus a supplied belly-mounted stinger hook.

• Additional attachment point: The larger models include a further stinger attachment eyelet near the head, allowing anglers to add an alternative hook or accessory, such as a treble hook or blade, to suit the conditions.

These versatile rigging options allow anglers to customise their setup for open water, weedy areas and snag-prone structure.
