Beast Hooks with TwistLOCK Centering-Pin Spring (CPS) are engineered for weedless-style rigging of larger plastics such as big swimbaits, flukes, tubes, and creature baits. The TwistLOCK Centering-Pin Spring (CPS - patent pending) is affixed to the hook eye, allowing baits to be securely fastened by inserting the pin into the center of the soft plastic's nose, which can then be screwed onto the TwistLOCK coil spring for perfect rigging every time.

Springs of varying sizes are matched to hook size to optimize holding power. The quick-drop shank below the eye facilitates rigging of fat-headed baits, and the maximum gap enhances hook sets due to improved bait clearance. The fixed weight (5130W) not only aids in sinking or swimming a rigged bait into the strike zone but also provides a keel effect due to its low position on the shank.

Consequently, when rigging large swimbaits weedless-style, plastics swim naturally, unlike when weights are inserted inside soft baits, causing rolling or flipping.
